An article concerning emissions from cleanroom suitable materials has been published in CHEManager.
The article, authored by Markus Keller of IPA Fraunhofer Institute and titled Emissionen reinraumtauglicher Materialien - Industrieangepasste Methode zur vergleichenden Materialklassifizierung describes the need for emissions testing, suitable analysis by TD-GC/MS, sample preparation, sampling/conditions, calculation of the specific emissions rate and it’s transfer to uniform material classification.
Mr Keller makes use of the Markes Micro-Chamber/Thermal Extractor for sampling in his paper.
